Does anyone implemented CSM integration with Request Management or Service Management

I installed CSM integration with the Request management plugin, and whenever I submit a catalog item, a case is getting created. Great! It also copies the Requested by to Contact. copy the short description, but it will not sync the additional comments. Also, I want to know how to implement it in real-time scenarios.
