Hi all,

Are there definitions or descriptions of each lifecycle stage or status?

I am particularly interested in the following statuses of the logical life cycle process (describes in the CSDM 4.0 whitepaper)

• Pilot (ideation)
• On order (purchase)
• Pre-allocated (purchase)
• Available (inventory)
• Obsolete (end of life)

thank you for your reply @Dominic5 ... do you know if this bug has been captured by ServiceNow? I'll have my team submit it as we are hitting a snag in our Service Offering process rollout and the symptom seems consistent with your advice on the mapping.

ServiceNow were advised and have responded, but I'm not directly involved in that, so don't know the status or whether a fix is proposed yet.
