Hi All,
I am relating a catalog item to a 'Technical Offering' under 'Technology Request Catalog' module which is available under CSDM Application. The particular technical offering is subscribed by few users, but after relating the catalog item to a technical offering it is not available to any end users not even for subscribed users(it is available for admins).Please mention how this functionality works.

Hi Christian,
It is available for all end users before we related the catalog item to technical offering, after that it is only visible to admin and not to end users and even to the subscribed users of that technical offering.

I'm facing the same issue:
We have catalog items which are assigned to service offering - they also got the Available for Subscribers then set.
we have User Criteria which directs to certain users
In the end result - Cat item cannot be seen in portal!?!?
This behavior isn't the one ServiceNow is describing - does anyone have any suggestion?
