We want to see Service Health and Total Cost of Ownership by Business Capability. Are we able to do that without having the Enterprise Architecture module in ServiceNow? Basically, we want to see the health of all the services rolled up to the Business Capability. We don't want to use Service Portfolio if we don't have to.
