Correctness calculation (Staleness evaluation status)

Hi 

I’m trying to fix the Correctness score for Staleness, but I keep getting the “Max Failures” error.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

1. I created a new Inclusion Condition for Hardware where Install Status is not one of:

   • In Maintenance
   • Installed
   • Pending Install
   • Pending Repair

2. I created a Staleness Rule for cmdb_ci_hardware with a threshold of 60 days.

3. I increased the Max Failures value for Staleness to 4,000,000, but I’m still getting the same error.

When I apply the same filters directly to the Hardware table, I get approximately 65,000 CIs.

Because of this, I don’t understand why I’m still getting the Max Failures error.

Could someone please help me understand what I might be missing or what else I should check?
