CSDM Data Foundations Dashboard & CSDM v4.0

I'm trying to determine if the  CSDM dashboard v2 or v2.1 incorporate the CSDM 4.0 model?      Updates are documented in release notes about updates to the CDMB Foundations dashboard, and there is a mention that CSDM 3.0 model was incorporated into the CSDM dashboard, but no mention of later release with 4.0

I use CSDM Foundations Dashboard 2.0.  I do not see anything that references the Build Domain.
