I am setting up a 'new' CMDB for my company (they populated already some data before I started, ...) and want to start using the new (CSDM) Lifecycle Stage/Status fields from the start.
The Lifecycle Mapping table and Lifecycle Control table are very useful, however I seem to have found following incongruencies (even within a clean Rome Developer Instance):
So in two of the above cases two lifecycle stage/statusses seem to be switched around bewteen the control table and mapping table.
I could try to correct these myself, however
- I can not edit or insert into the lifecycle_control table
- Best this is also corrected for the next release.
If someone can help me with how I could edit/create records in the lifecycle_control table, it would be much appreciated.
There's also a "blank" stage on the "Contract" lifecycle for status of "Draft" which has a Display Name that would indicate it should be "Pipeline".
