CSDM Lifecyle stage status Descriptions / Definitions for each value ( Alm Asset , CMDB CI )

Hello Great People,

My organization has started to implement CSDM 5 into our Dev environment and eventually Prod in the near future.

I come from mostly the CMDB world and want to have a clear and concise understating of what each field actually means and to be able to present it to Key Shareholders.

The two tables that I would like to have a description of is the ALM_Asset table and CMDB_Ci table 

Does anyone have any descriptions or direct links from ServiceNow, Blogs or etc that has a description or definitions for these values.
