Csdm question

Hi,

we have to offer one offering in 20 countries.

it needs to be available to users having that country but we also have sd users who should have access to such offering in all countries for them to create order on behalf of users sometimes.

should we have one offering subscribed to 20 countries? Or 20 offerings, one per country?

Each country have own support team.

We also need generic catalog item fulfilled by country team, how to handle this correctly?

One offering subscribed to 20 countries with 1 generic catalog item? How to build logic for ticket assignment to country team sc_task? E.g when user from UK order catalog item,it must be fulfilled by UK team, then German by Ger team and so on.

Good day Petr,

if the offering is made in the same conditions/agreements to all than I would make a single offering and make subscriptions by :
- Country location OR
- Company (legal entity if internal)

That would be the consumption part.
The Managed Offerings are by support -/managed group, for example:

The cat items can be generic and related to the business offering.
Sometimes based on the location specific models or offered.

BR,
Barry

Thank you for support.

We have several meetings this week and I will consider this in our discussions.
