CSDM Quiz

I have read, re-read, looked up the answers, tried 50+ times and cannot get better than a 64% on the CSDM Foundations Quiz. Any tips? Any one willing to tell me which questions I'm getting wrong, so I can at least focus on certain areas? So frustrating. One question is "Are Business Applications Operational?" What does that mean.

Basically and very very simplified: Operational = you log incidents against it.

(That said - the idea here is that Business Applications as strategic records represent more a 'concept', hence you don't log incidents, problems, or changes against them - just for clarification :-).

My assumption is that the quiz is related to Now Learning - Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Fundamentals
