I have read, re-read, looked up the answers, tried 50+ times and cannot get better than a 64% on the CSDM Foundations Quiz. Any tips? Any one willing to tell me which questions I'm getting wrong, so I can at least focus on certain areas? So frustrating. One question is "Are Business Applications Operational?" What does that mean.

Yes, you're absolutely right. I was seeing the 'operational SDLC component' as an element of the CSDM (a box on the diagram) rather than an operational component in an organizations managed technical services. I couldn't get past my incorrect understanding of this at the time 🙂

This quiz is a bit deceiving particularly if you assume each question only has one answer. It doesn’t explicitly tell you that some questions require multiple answers. You can figure it out by seeing which questions allow you to pick multiple answers. Most don’t. Best to not assume that there is only one best answer on some of these.
