CSDM Quiz

I have read, re-read, looked up the answers, tried 50+ times and cannot get better than a 64% on the CSDM Foundations Quiz. Any tips? Any one willing to tell me which questions I'm getting wrong, so I can at least focus on certain areas? So frustrating. One question is "Are Business Applications Operational?" What does that mean.

I have created a case in nowlearning with this exactly 

Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Fundamentals - on demand course.

I have used the same set of answers with which I managed to get 73% result from the quiz and the same set of answers next time gave me 45% ??? Something is broken here. Not possible even with the tank method. Documentation is not clear for this course either.
