CSDM Relationship between Business Service Offering → Business Service → Business Application

Could you please confirm what relationship type (like depends upon)  we can define between below CSDM definations/components

 

Business Service → <relationship type>→ Business Application.
Business Service Offering → <relationship type>→ Business Service.

Business Service Offering →<relationship type> → Business Application

This information is available from the the CSDM whitepaper. The latest version is v5.0, the previous version was v4.0.

 

Both contain a section on relationship types, which will help you to understand the overall model as well as the links between individual objects.

 

To answer your question:

Business Service → <Provides::Provided by>→ Business Application.
Business Service Offering → no relationship type, it uses the Parent field → Business Service.

Business Service Offering →<Depends on::Used by> → Application Service (Service Instance in v5) → <Consumed by::Consumes (Used by::Uses in v5)> Business Application
