Does anyone have CSDM - OKTA example? OKTA can be considered as a Business Application and also be represented as Technical service. Does anyone has any inputs?

Rather than getting a pre-build diagram you can just use, it is very helpful to consider the components in the service provided and how they fit into CSDM.
OKTA offer many different solutions. Which one do you want to model? I will use OKTA adaptive MFA as an example.
- Business Application - running code on a host, resolved upwards that expresses all environments/locations/types of that application. So Business Application = OKTA adaptive MFA
- Service Instance (App Service) - represents the stack of deployed CIs - typically it has the same name as the Business App with the environment appended. Service Instance = OKTA adaptive MFA Production
- You will need to identify the CIs that provide this service - get this from your OKTA SMEs.
- Technology Management Service Offering - Think of the friendly name - OKTA Users request this from a technical service catalog so it should be a name everyone recognises, like OKTA Adaptive MFA.
- Technology Management Service - this is the parent for the Service Offering, so something like Identity Management Services.
- Business Capability - this needs to express what the service provides but only applies to Business Services, so in this example it does not apply, but the Service Instance will undoubtedly underpin one or more Business Service Offerings. Think of an example that leverages OKTA adaptive MFA and make that Business Service Offering's Service Instance a parent of the OKTA Service Instance with a Depends on:used by CI Relationship.
Then if you need to, model the non-production Service Instances, connect them to the Business App, model the non-prod Service Offerings and relate to the Service Instance and Service, and you're done!
EDIT: this Now Create resource gives a bunch of different CSDM service map examples, which you may find useful: https://learning.servicenow.com/nowcreate/en/pages/assets?id=nc_asset&nc_ai_search=true&asset_id=90b...
I hope this helps!
