Exclude users from the Dashboard sharing menu search

Hello, 

I have a request to exclude users from the Dashboard sharing menu that do not have any roles. So that they are not possible to search. Similarly to non active groups. Is it possible to achieve?

Hi

If I remember correctly, you should be able to add a reference qualifier to sys_users_groups.user_id field.

Please consider that this is a platform wide change!

I dont think there is anything out of box.

And I wouldn't make changes to the out of box filters. I dont think it is simple to make changes to that filter and any changes can have impact at other places.
