Getting wrong REQ number while checkout from Cart Option

If i checkout my catalog item from Cart option then i am getting a success alert message like this->
Here you can see REQ****02 is created but if i search this REQ in platform so seems like this REQ is not created. and again if i click on 'click here to view' link then i am getting a previous REQ number Like REQ****01 ->
So here Both REQ number should be Same.
Can anyone help me out here, How can we resolve it?

Is it possible your alert is showing you the wrong REQ # and it really was the *01 version that was created?

Yes, 02 is showing in the alert but the actual REQ created is 01. Just in alert message it is showing +1 number extra.
