Service Operations Workspace Landing Page - Collapse Empty Right Column
I'm hoping someone has run into this before.
We wanted to remove the right-side landing page content (Announcements, Upcoming Tasks, and Quick Links) from the Service Desk Landing Page in Service Operations Workspace.
I was able to successfully disable those sections through:
Service Operations Workspace Admin Center → Initial Setup → Landing Page
and the content is no longer displayed.
However, the page layout still reserves the entire right-side column, resulting in a large blank area on the landing page. The main Overview content does not expand to use the available space.
Current Result:
- ✅ Announcements hidden
- ✅ Upcoming Tasks hidden
- ✅ Quick Links hidden
- ❌ Right-side column remains
- ❌ Main content does not expand to full width
Question:
Is there a supported way to collapse or remove the now-empty right-side column so the landing page reflows and uses the full width?
I'm trying to avoid creating and maintaining a custom UI Builder page variant if there is an out-of-box configuration available.
Has anyone successfully removed the empty column and allowed the Overview section to expand?
