How to change visibility of Article's Workflow_state visibility format from stage render to text

Hi,
We had recently upgraded one of our instance to 'Australia' from Zurich version.
After upgrade we found an UI issue at 'CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace'
When we select 'All Articles' sub list under 'Article' List a List view will be shown.
Inside the List view when add column 'Workflow' it shows as stage render/progress bar instead of Plain Text
We are expecting the View as below

Don't try to reformat the column you already added, swap it for a different one. What you're pulling into the Knowledge - All Articles list is a "Workflow" column bound to the graphical stage/progress render of workflow_state, and that's a separate column definition from the plain text choice value. Open the column configuration on that list and check for these:
- Workflow, the stage/progress-bar render currently on the list, this is the one causing the issue
- Workflow state, the plain text choice field, add this instead and remove Workflow
- List Layout on kb_knowledge, confirm the Australia upgrade didn't leave a duplicate Workflow entry pointing at the graphical version instead of the text one you had before
If Workflow state doesn't show up as a selectable column at all, that lines up with what Now Support has logged for Knowledge list views after the Australia upgrade, worth opening a case referencing KB3100406 and KB0998498.
