It has been mentioned that Service offerings can be published into catalog and can be order by users as a new feature in the NewYork.
Would anyone guide me how to do that ?
Secondly, I want to also limit the offering catalog items for specific catalog item. How to achieve it ?
Eg: For Hardware Laptop catalog item, the offerings are Basic support, Onsite extended Support, and the other offerings should not show if the user is placing for the Hardware laptop.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Viswa

Hi
This is not easy and straight forward, I think you need to have SPM - Service Portfolio Activated,
Then you have the view below:
- Set Business Service to operational
- Set Service Offering to Catalog / Operational
- Then Create Catalog Item - UI Action is showing
When Clicking on the UI Action you get this:
Then you can try it out, no functionality, so not really sure, what to expect from this functionality to be honest.

Hi,
Any progress on this? Facing the same issue. Strange thing is that in our New York relase the UI-action "create catalog item" is not available. The form shows an UI-action for "convert to application service"!
Struggeling with this for to long now. Any inout would help.
All 4 Service Management Portfolio plugins are installed and active.
