how to recover my certificates after complete loss of my account

Hi everyone,
I recently left the company I was working and I need help recovering my certificates. I do not have access to my account at all, as I used company's email to log in to nowLearning. Is there a way to access my account?

I've been I’ve been trying for almost a month to get support from ServiceNow, but all I’ve gotten is AI garbage. Honestly, it’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t have access to my old company email, and I’m trying to retrieve my certificates. My Delta expired, and I never received a notification because the company deleted my email
