How to remove approvals from Employee Center Navigation

How to remove Approval menu from Employee Center Navigation Widget.

@Ankur Bawiskar Hi Ankur, I want to remove the Approvals from left side top corner and want to place it before the Cart. Also i am not able to realign the user profile icon from right corner.

Correct sequence should be as per below screenshot.

I want to place in right corner sequence should be Approval, Cart, Tours and then Logged in User name

I tried to make it false from Header Menu. Then it got removed from there. But unable to add in Header Menu on 1st position.
