Dear Community members,

We are using CSDM 4. Data model to record, track and manage our Services. Our portfolio consist of Application Services, Business Services, and Technical Services. We have new business requirement to track components and/or microservices of Application/Service. Those CI’s would be used for Incident reporting. For example, we have “Microsoft Dynamics CRM” as main Application Service. It could have “pipeline management”, or “workflow analytics” as its components.

What is best way to track its components/microservices? Can we utilize CSDM ?  What type of CI it would be? What is your experience?

Regards,

Mantautas
