Hello, I am working on completing my CIS Data Foundation course for my CIS-ITSM. However, after filling in the required information, I am getting something different from what I have on the Lab. The two pictures are posted above. I'm not sure if anyone has experienced this.

i'm not sure if I took this lab but if yes then it was long time ago to remember it... 

 

Could you possibly check the previous steps whether there isn't a prerequisite to create these or eventually to download and import from some source?
