What license is required to use (add items and manage records) the following tables in CSDM?
(1)Application Service
(2)Techcnical Service
(3)Business Service
(4)Business Capability
(5)Business Application

Hi Kaito -
you don't need any separate license to add or manage records. any ServiceNow ITSM standard or, pro or enterprise is fine to add and manage records in the above-mentioned tables.

The CSDM tables are base tables that are part of the platform, i.e. included.
The Now Platform includes the following base-system service types that you can extend to align with the service types in your organization.
The docs page doesn't mention Capabilities and Business Application - but they're part of the data model. Obviously as you look at maturing, it makes sense to look at APM for example.

Those tables must be already available OOB without the need of Plugins.
For eg: type cmdb_ci_business_app.list , you should get the table list
