Hello all,
I'd like to know if it's possible to link an application service to multiple Business services (or Business service offerings)?
The case scenario I have is specific to Adobe packages. In our company, it's possible to either subscribe to each application as a stand alone, or subscribe to Creative cloud (which gives you access to all apps at once).
Currently, we have a business service offer for each application alone and a business service offer for creative cloud. However as we are remodeling the whole business service and application service tables, I was wondering if their was a better way to do this.
Thank you!

Short answer is yes. Multiple offerings can rely on 1 Application Service

As Barry wrote, yes. Some platforms provide so much functionality that it only makes sense they serve multiple areas. Take ERP systems that might provide services for Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales or the Now platform that can be used for ITSM, HR Services, Finance, Facility.
It would be the offerings for each service that you link with your application service.
