Query related to exam CSA CAD

I have a query that if i have scheduled the ServiceNow CSA CAD exam but due to some unavoidable reason not able to go offline so is there any chance to reschedule it and give it online from home .Please if any one has any idea about it then let me know the procedure how can i do so .It will be so helpful
