Is there any way to create a relationship b/n a TSOs and a service accounts which ties back to the Service Owner responsible attesting to the adherence to account management policies which may include time stamping of the accounts. Is there any used case for this ?

 

Or a way to discover Service Account and update in a table and then create a relationship in the application service ?

Are you looking to have on an Offering record either a list collector or related list that references the User table that has Service Accounts populated?

Unsure of what you mean re: Time Stamping of the Accounts.  Unsure if you are trying to utilize IT Service Management concepts to achieve Governance, Risk and Control.  

 

CI Relationships would not be used, but one record could be related to one or many records via a Related List.
