We have an application service in the cmdb_ci_service_auto table and we have the same application service in the cmdb_ci_service_calculated table as well. What would be the best way to connect or relate them?
This is expected behaviour. The issue is that I assume you already have defined an Automated Business Service for the same "object"? If so, then you will need to work out a migration path. This is a common challenge when implementing Service Mapping and particularly 3rd party apps or connectors who automate App Service creation.
