Technical Services and How to Identify what you need to create

Are there examples of recommended Technical Services which at a minimum should be present in any CSDM aligned CMDB Service Model? And does it make sense to create Technical Services based on a Technology Business Management (TBM) Service model structure, such as High Level Technical Services called:  Infrastructure as the Technical Service and Service Offerings for things like:  Network, Compute, Storage..etc, another example following TBM Model would be: Platform as the Technical Service and Service Offerings for things like: Data and Application. Does that high level Tech Service modeling make sense, aligned with TBM taxonomy? What is TBM? - TBM Council

What is recommended depends on context. A large, 50 year old company that has a lot of on-prem IT will need different technical services and technical service offerings than a 5 year old growing company that has gone all in on SaaS. The TBM taxonomy is a good starting point to see samples of commonly utilized services, but it is not a "must have them all list".
