There's a question:
1 What is the main focus in the Foundation stage of implementing the CSDM framework?
A. Preparing accurate business information for reporting
B. Setting up relationships between technology and business
C. Identifying and populating network infrastructure CIs
D. Working on CMDB tables associated with ITSM
Copilot (GPT-5) says option 'B'
ChatGpt latest says option 'D'
Perplexity says option 'A'
As per docs, its option 'A' - so the winner is Perplexity 😉
And my colleagues still argues that answer is 'B'. Why? because all the online websites where this question is there says 'B'........ lol

I wrote a long reply to this but for some reason I cannot see it now. I have very few interactions with / in this community. Time reasons.
Option B is your safest choice. If you are able, then run C initiative at the same time, else as next phase. Think MVP in attributes to populate and relationships to set. Build the skeleton and after that fill up with required attributes and relationship types according to reporting and compliance requirements. This strategy has worked well for me. 25 years and counting. I am not pulling ranks when sharing my age in this game. Trust me, I still learn and I still do mistakes. The complexity and challanges and risks is the reason for why I am still enjoying this field of work. If my long reply turns up, then see this as a summary.
