Translate a Get Help incident

Is it possible for an incident to get translated from Vietnamese to English? For example a staff member in Vietnam uses Get Help to open and incident and we want our support team members in the USA to be able to understand the ask from the end user.

Hi @Mark Tuffey , I recommend to use dynamic translation and suggest to use DeepL as translation provider. Here is a very well working Spoke for that:
