I am trying to build out our Service Onboarding process using the DPM workspace and CSDM. For the most part I think I am getting a pretty good understanding of how all of the pieces fit together and relate to each other. What I am having a hard time finding is anything to explain the difference between a Service Portfolio vs one of the Enterprise Portfolio, when to use one or the other, and what are the functional differences in ServiceNow between the two. Am I missing out on any kind of functionality if we make all of our portfolios generic Service Portfolios?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
