Why can't I open my personal instance and display the Unified Navigation App?

The personal instance version I applied for yesterday is Vancouver, but it cannot be opened today. Can someone tell me the reason，it display the Unified Navigation App?

Are you getting some error?

Can you share some snip. If you don't open your instance for some hours or day it will go into hibernation mode. You need to login again to wake it up.
