How to Download and Set-up your account on the Now Support mobile app

Type “Now Support” in the iOS App Store or Google Play

Type in your User credentials for Now Support (HI)

Set up your Two-step authentication app like Google Authenticator

Input the authentication code

Set your 6-digit app PIN

Confirm PIN by inputting it a second time
It should take you to the Now Support mobile home page for your account featuring cases, changes, and more.
PRO tip: Set up facial recognition or touch-ID for added security and a quicker login experience.
