Admin credentials - PDI

I received my PDI but only aes_creator credentials, not admin credentials.
I have searched all mails from "ServiceNow Developer Program" and only received aes_creator credentials.
Can I ask a developer instance support function to assist me getting admin credentials ?
Is this known issue for others? Only getting aes_creator and not admin?
Do I need to request a new PDI to get admin credentials?

Hi @John Solbakk
Please follow the below steps to change the user type as admin.
1. Go to developer portal
2. Click "Change User Role"
3. Select Admin
