Advance Configuration Lab 3.3.1 not starting

Hello,

I am working through the Service Now Administration Fundamentals, Advance Configuration but the Lab 3.3.1 is not starting, for which I don't know why. I have gone through all sections before this lab with no issues, but when I select this lab, nothing happens, it doesn't even open, and all other pages after the lab 3.3.1 won't open as well. they are all lock. Please help and advise

Hi @KarveeW 

• Logout and login back using  Incognito/InPrivate window of browser
• If still the issue is not solved , just check before 3.3.1, if anything missed ,though you've confirmed  -you have checked
• If all good, raise a case with Now learning support within ServiceNow university .
