What would NOT appear in the Application Navigator if `service` is typed into the filter field?

  • A. Configuration > Business Services
  • B. Self-Service > Knowledge
  • C. Service Portal > Widgets
  • D. Incident > Assigned to me

@MaitriG , Correct answer would be option D. Incident Management

 

You could have found this on google as well there is no need to post such simple questions on community.

Answer is D, What you need to understand is that, whatever tis typed in application navigator works as "CONTAINS" query.

 

Since "service" is bot a string in uncident>assigned to me, option D will not appear.
