I want to know the servicenow university course for walkup experience. May I know the link or downloadable PDF location for the same please.

the SN University's trainings aren't downloadable and neither in pdf format... Also I haven't found anything explicitly dedicated to walk-up experience. That might be a part of some ITSM simulators or implementation courses, but not standalone class...
If you want a downloadable PDF, then I would recommend to search the Best Practice Library (formerly known as Now Create)
These PDFs might be too technical... but I don't think it's possible to meet your requirements
