Automated respond Email

Hi All,

How to send automated respond to sender if notification email is not delivered to caller. then one respond Email should trigger like "the email is not delivered".

Please suggest how this can be done. Thanks in advance.

You can create a business rule that sends back notification to your sender/ assigned to if it falls in any of the selected notification type.
