Hi everyone,
I completed the CAD course and received an exam voucher valid for 1 year. My college is urging me to take the exam by October 31, saying the voucher might become invalid after that date.
Can ServiceNow terminate the voucher early, or is it safe to assume it’s valid for the full year? Any insights would be appreciated!
Thank you.

Hi,
In my experience, ServiceNow never terminated vouchers. They cancelled my exam once (8 years back) since they changed their examination model, but they gave new vouchers and allowed me to schedule exam with the new voucher.
My suggestion is to write exam within few weeks after getting voucher as ServiceNow may change the Syllabus after a new version is released and you may need to redo the course.

Hello @ShreyashJunje ,
Typically, ServiceNow doesn’t terminate vouchers before their expiration date. In cases where an issue arises and a voucher becomes invalid early, they usually provide a replacement or updated voucher. So, you shouldn’t need to worry about it expiring prematurely. You should be able to take your exam anytime within the voucher's validity period.
Best of luck with your exam prep! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi @ShreyashJunje ,
From my experience, I have never heard about ServiceNow remove vouchers prior to the 1 year. Based on this I would say you should only concern about the expiration date.
