Can't login after changing user ID

Hello,

I changed my user ID on my main ServiceNow account from my corporate email address to my private email.

Since then, I can no longer log in to learning, community, or support. I end up in an endless reload-loop on learning, an immediate "Authentication Unsuccessful" on community, and "Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID" on support.


I can still log in to developer.servicenow.com and use my PDI.

How can I get support with this issue?

I’m facing the same issue after changing my ServiceNow user ID from my corporate email to a personal email.

I’m unable to log in to ServiceNow Learning but I can still access Community and my PDI.

I sent an email to web_support@servicenow.com, and after sending the email an incident was automatically raised for this issue.
I’m not sure yet if this will fully resolve it, but sharing this in case it helps you raise a request with the support team as well.

If I receive any updates or a resolution, I’ll be happy to share it here .
