cannot open my instance!

I'm able to login to ServiceNow but when i click 'Start Building' i get to 'To reset your admin password click here' and keeps coming back to the same admin login page!!

Also my https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do displays the following-

'We're currently experiencing issues with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). Our team is actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.'
