Hello Everyone,
Can someone please guide why I can not see my certifications status and Cert no in the webassessor account which is associated with my personal email ID. please find attached snip for reference.
I tried to see my certifications status in ServiceNow University(Learning portal) as well, which is associated with my organization ID as I have associated my ServiceNow University(Learning portal) to my webassessor account(personal email), still in ServiceNow University as well I can not see the certification status.
Thanks,
Prajjval

Hi @PrajjvalSiG,
What certificate was it? The Webassessor only shows mainline (CSA, CAD, CISs etc) and micro-certs.
The others are called badges and can be found here (just scroll down) :
https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard
To verify your certifications, navigate to this official page:
- Search for your name, there you will see your active certifications.
- It might be possible that you had more accounts and perhaps you merged them, sometimes merging is not 100 % correct.
- Under the link above, you will see how many profiles are associated with your name.
If you took it in less than 24 hours ago, it might need some time to start being visible, if you took it in the past, then have you taken the corresponding Delta exam (yearly you need to keep your cert active) but I guess you would see your credentials just with expired status.
In case of issues, create a case for ServiceNow University team:
Please let me know what is missing and I can help you decide whether it's correct or not...

Hi @PrajjvalSiG ,
Webassessor is suggesting that you completed your certification on Feb 2025 so these should be Active now. When you will navigate to servicenow university and your certifications are due for renew/delta then it will show you "At risk" and you will get email as well in advance when delta is required. You can check status of your certifications from here as well - https://partnerportal.service-now.com/partnerhome?id=verify_certificate&_ga=2.228491805.1402443583.1...

Hi @PrajjvalSiG,
you webassessor profile is displaying the same as the certification verification portal:
Can you go to SN University:
https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard
and scroll down for Achievements and go for Mainline certifications:
And there you will see the status, if there is the tick ✅ symbol then it's issue, if there is warning then your certification is expired...
Please share this information to help you understand the situation.
PS: I used Accreditations because some of them are expired and all my certs are valid, so you will go to the second tab, this is just to show you the difference...
