Hello, when I was using Washington version of SNow as a beginner I went and started with "Welcome to ServiceNow" on demand training. After completing that, I saw a message it was "Retired". What has replaced it? I need to pass the new On-demand training to a new staff member.

Hi there,
The “Welcome to ServiceNow” (on-demand / micro-cert) course has been retired in some formats.
Here’s what replaced it / what to assign now:
What’s the replacement / updated version?
The main “Welcome to ServiceNow” course is still active in Now Learning / ServiceNow University under “Now Platform / Welcome to ServiceNow”
The micro-certification version of “Welcome to ServiceNow” has been retired.
ServiceNow has a policy: retiring courses that are outdated, and replacing them with updated content in the learning catalog.
Common confusion & what to check
“Retired” often applies to micro-certification / older versions, not always the full course.
On the course page, if it is within 90 days of retirement, you’ll see notices / banners.
Make sure you’re looking under Now Learning / ServiceNow University (Learning Experience Platform / LXP) that’s where active courses live.
This link will help you understand it better:
Hope this helps!
If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution so others can benefit as well.

@Community Alums - please stop posting stuff that's just copied directly from ChatGPT. It doesn't help anyone.

@Simon Hendery I understand you might never used AI tool or an alergy as a common misconception from AI technology, but read the thread again please and see if it helps or doesn't help to anyone, last but not least I don't just blindly copy/paste from AI tools, I have read it couple of times/ensure this is what exactly the person is asking and it has been accpeted as solution as well, hope this helps.
The whole Yokuhama and new releases are introducing AI/Predictive intelligence/NLP, they been added because they are helpful to people and speed up to answer your common questions.
