Clicking the edit pencil icon on the Multi-Row Variable Set does not open the expected MRVS form

Clicking the edit pencil icon on the Multi-Row Variable Set does not open the expected MRVS form. Shown is above screenshots on cancel and save button appearing but not multirow variable set variable.

Please help me how to solve it.

• clear cache and login again, then repeat it
• verify the rights
  • it seems that create is ok
  • but write is not ok

Does it happen for all the users or just some? Is it only this MRVS variable or more?

for MVRS variable set it is happening.
