Hi everyone,
I’m working on a requirement where I need to automatically create an Active Directory user account and add it to a specific group called “XYZ.”
I’m using the OOB “Create AD Object” workflow action in ServiceNow for this purpose. The workflow should use the logged-in userID (from a Service Catalog form) to create the AD account and then add that new account to the required group.
