Creating a Report for List Request Item (RITM or your tasks) for Catalogs "TIC Internal Services"

Hi guys,

 

Sorry for the basic question, but I would like to know how to create a ticket report that lists the open tickets and the catalog they belong to:

I have already tried using the TASK table, but with no success...

 

I appreciate any help.

HI @hernani ,

You can use "sc_req_item" table at RITM level :

At SCTASK leve, you can use "sc_task" table:

Hi @Community Alums 

 

I tried with both tables (sc_req_item and sc_task) but without success!

I get all the tickets, but I would like to obtain only those that meet the criteria of being listed in the Catalog table (sc_catalog) with 'TIC Internal Services'.

 

My objective is: just report tickets where the Catalog field displays 'TIC Internal Services'
