CSA certificate

Hi guys, When I went in Webassesor for CSA examination certification it shows issue and expiration date same which is Feb 18,2025. Also in the Certification list I cannot see CSA exam listed. Is it because I have already attempted it or is there any issue. 
Please let me know if anyone can guide me in this scenario.

Also FYI The Webassessor will no longer be supported after 17th November 2025.

Showing same expiring date is a issue. You can navigate to - https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard 

and check Achievement section for your certification status. 

 

One more news for you that 17th Novemeber onwards -  Kryterion will not be the official exam Partner.

Check in image - left side- we have Vouchers. Click on it and you will be able to see your vouchers.

OR

Directly navigate to https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/view-all/vouchers/vouchers -- After login to servicenow university.

how are the vouchers related to the received certifications? The user is asking about the certification expiration and not a voucher.. or what am I missing?

 

On this webpage https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard 

Instead of vouchers, they shall scroll down to the mainline certifications and there is a tick symbol for active ones:

Eventually refer to this: https://partnerportal.service-now.com/partnerhome?id=verify_certificate it will show you your active certification(s).

 

 

@liberokaran FYI, voucher detail is not showing your certs' validity...
