Hi All,

IT IS NOT A QUESTION - JUST AN INFO.

ServiceNow will transition to a new exam delivery vendor effective November 17, 2025. The last day to complete an exam through Kryterion is November 17, 2025.

Hi @Nikhil Bajaj9,

good catch, does it mean that Kryterion will be replaced by something else?

If so, that's a shame I 've always been very happy with them and I hope that the onsite centres will be available for the new vendor as well 🙂 thanks for sharing

Hi @GlideFather ,

Yes it conveys same that "Kryterion" will be repalced with a new vendor.

I also hope that same centers will be avaialble even after replacement of vendor.

I think it had more to do with the locations of the testing sites. Pearson VUE has more sites. However, now I have to drive an additional 30 mins to the test site after the change.
