Hey everyone! I am running myself through a PDI giving myself task to prepare for the exam. But, I know people have a tendency to ask themselves questions they already know the answer too. So to challenge myself even more I wanted to ask you guys to give me some quick things to run through to help me prepare. Thank you for the challenges in advance!

Great approach using your PDI for hands-on practice! Here are some exercises to challenge yourself:
1. Create a custom table with ACLs - test with different user roles
2. Build a catalog item with approval workflow
3. Set up notifications with conditions
4. Create a transform map and import CSV data
5. Configure business rules with different timing
The exam tests not just knowing where things are, but understanding WHY you would use one approach vs another. Good luck!

Hi @BradyO
Although I watched couple of videos on YouTube and completed a course in Udemy, what really helped me was mock test.
The one while gave me the most question was this course(2026 Practice Tests: ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) by Ali Saghaeian) , give it a try and write down the wrong one and revise before the exam.
All the best for the exam.
Regards,
Ataur
